Several recruiting analysts are reporting that Alabama commitment Reuben Foster went down while running the 40-yard dash Friday at The Opening, a national invitation-only recruiting combine run by Nike, and appears to have a hamstring injury.

The news was tweeted Friday morning by Andrew Bone of TideSports.com, Mike Farrell of Rivals.com, JC Shurburtt of 247 Sports and Barton Simmons of 247 Sports.

Foster, a 6-foot-2, 228-pound linebacker is ranked the No. 2 player in the country by Rivals.com. He played last season at Troup County High in Georgia, but has transferred to Auburn High this summer.
