There’s no telling where the thing is headed, but it doesn’t appear to be a significant threat to the US mainland.
We’ve been quite fortunate during the 2010 season. There have been no major landfalling storms, despite a very busy season. Paula is the sixteenth named storm to form in the Atlantic Basin.
