Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema, like Dantonio, was unhappy about the developments and was proactive about addressing his concerns about Meyer.

"There are a few things that happened early on that I made people aware of that I didn't want to see in this league, that I had seen take place in other leagues," Bielema told CBS Chicago. "Other recruiting tactics, other recruiting practices that are illegal.

"I was very up front and was very pointed to the fact, actually reached out to coach Meyer and shared my thoughts and concerns with him. The situation got rectified."

He later added that he was happy the Big Ten coaches held itself to a different standard.

See the rest here, but wow. Did they think that a veteran of the SEC recruiting battlefield was going to work the B1G circuit any differently? "WAAAHH... He TEXTED my five star, PAWWWLLL!"
