Alabama's four national championship coaches know all about that after the most successful athletics year in school history. The four pulled in a combined $583,333 in bonuses after softball coach Patrick Murphy's squad completed the year as champions early Thursday morning.

The banner year began in January when the Crimson Tide football program counted its 14th title. Then in April, the gymnastics team won its second straight and sixth overall title. Alabama's women's golf team claimed its first top prize last month.
