The Browns have agreed to terms of a four-year deal with rookie fullback Brad Smelley, a league source confirmed today for the Beacon Journal.

Scout.com reported the deal is worth $2.14 million and includes a $45,890 signing bonus.

The Browns drafted Smelley in the seventh round (247th overall) out of Alabama. They believe the 6-foot-2, 233-pound Smelley has the ability to play fullback and tight end.
Not bad, for a 7th round pick.
