For the first time since 2008, there will not be a new College Football Hall of Famer from Alabama.

Three former Alabama players were among the 76 nominees: the late linebacker Derrick Thomas (1985-88), running back Bobby Humphrey (1985-88) and center/linebacker Paul Crane (1963-65).

Twitter is erupting in anger over Thomas' snub, but there is ample vitriol over the voters' omission of Tommie Frazier flowing through timelines all over the country.
