Major League Baseball's All-Star Game on Tuesday night will include a special on-field tribute to tornado recovery in Tuscaloosa and Joplin, Mo., the MLB announced today.

"American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips will perform his song "Home" as part of the tribute to Tuscaloosa and Joplin prior to the game at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, which begins at 6:30 p.m. on Fox.

Through a partnership with MLB, the MLB Players Trust, State Farm and Holiday Inn, Habitat for Humanity will construct frames for two houses -- one for Tuscaloosa and one for Joplin -- in a parking lot outside of Kauffman Stadium.
