Here we go again: USFL comeback may include Da Ham

USFL planning comeback that could feature a Birmingham team

While a number of different organizations have tried and failed to place a professional football team in Birmingham over the past few decades, the only league that enjoyed a modicum of success was the USFL, in which the Birmingham Stallions had a winning record on the field and impressive attendance in the stands. Now the USFL hopes to make Birmingham part of its plans once again when the league relaunches in the spring of 2013.
