BingoGate: Sorry Ronnie. Back to jail you go

Country Crossings developer and accused conspiracist Ronnie Gilley had his bond appeal denied today.

District Judge Myron Thompson sided with federal prosecutors and declined to overrule the Magistrate Judge’s ruling that Gilley violated the terms of his bond and he will remain behind bars until he and the other defendants in USA vs. McGregor et al stand trial for conspiracy, bribery, and money laundering.

Gilley was accused by prosecutors of offering money and other items of value to confessed co-conspirator Jarrod Massey. Massey has agreed to plead guilty and is cooperating with investigators.

Massey is currently of the FBI agents in Mobile, and is reportedly singing like the proverbial fat lady.
